This is my entry to the JFI banana hosted by Aswin and mandira of Ahhar (http://ahaar.blogspot.com/2007/09/jfibanana.html)
Check out this unique and new combination of banana, chocolate and coffee...
This is a simple, easy to make and refreshing drink. This idea came to me... from a ripen banana which i didnt want to eat due to its black skin appearance.... i guess this happens with many of us... rt?... then do try this recipe.... I am sure u will love it.
You will need:
Banana - 1 riped
Milk - 1 1/2 cup
Chocolate syrup - 3 tsp
Instant coffee powder - 5tsp
Rose water - 2tsp (optional)
Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
Method :
Put all the above ingredients in a blender and blend well. ( i used rosewater as i dont like the smell of banana over powering my drink) Chill a bit in the fridge and serve cold topped with u favourite icecream. Dust a bit of sweet choclate or coffee powder on top before serving.
